Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Resident Accounts Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for resident accounts and to ensure smooth operations across market offices. You’ll handle customer service, payment processing, and coordination with central teams to support rent collection and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with Salesforce and Yardi, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ property management experience in single- or multi-family rental.
• Real Estate license and Property Manager Permit are required in the state of Nevada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence at all times.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce and Yardi is a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for residents regarding their accounts.
• Provide resident-facing customer service and handle daily email, text, and phone correspondence.
• Manage Salesforce case tasks to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with rent collections to minimize evictions and delinquency.
• Prepare for and appear in court on behalf of the company when required.
• Perform move-in/out operations in Yardi and review resident charges for accuracy.
• Post notices, conduct occupancy and utility checks, and support central teams as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of lease provisions and resident rules and regulations.
