Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Resident Accounts Specialist to be a key liaison for residents and central support teams. You will manage resident accounts, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Yardi.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, timely communications, and collaboration with market offices to drive rent collections, address disputes, and support lease activities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 3+ years’ property management experience in single family or multi-family rental industry preferred.
• Real Estate license required, Nevada license and Property Manager Permit required
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident-facing customer service in person, email, and phone.
• Serve as liaison between central support and market offices.
• Manage Salesforce case tasks and process resident payments.
• Support rental collections and reduce delinquency; assist with evictions as needed.
• Conduct move-in/out operations in Yardi; verify charges and service requests.
