UCSF Health is seeking an Education Scheduling Coordinator to manage complex residency schedules and education programs. You will oversee year-long rotation and call scheduling for about 90 residents, ensure compliance with ACGME and ABMS requirements, and act as the subject matter expert across multiple hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements and medical education program requirements.
• Experience with scheduling software (Qgenda, MedHub, FileMaker) or ability to quickly learn enterprise scheduling systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of data management and reporting across databases and systems.
