Job summary

University of California - San Francisco Education Unit seeks an Education Programs Analyst to coordinate the weekly residency didactic conference and manage assessment/data processes. You will support residents rotating through the department and aid the education office at ZSFG with day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong data reporting, communication, and organizational abilities to maintain calendars, schedules and learner compliance across multiple sites within UCSF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health administration or related area.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Investigative, data analysis and reporting skills; ability to generate computer reports.
• Communication skills; verbal, written and active listening; service oriented.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships within department and with learners.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage extremely complex calendars/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the weekly residency didactic conference and serve as lead residency program administrator for assessment and data management.
• Oversee logistics for residents rotating in the department and manage the daily operations of the education office at ZSFG; provide administrative and programmatic support for the education unit.
