UCSF Health is seeking a Resident and Fellow Affairs Specialist to manage visiting resident program operations, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance. This role ensures accurate records and smooth coordination of activities across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with program directors and faculty to support accreditation standards and learner engagement while maintaining meticulous documentation and timely communication.

Formación

• Thorough knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements.
• Solid knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of the health professions education industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the day-to-day appointment processes of credentialing external visiting residents.
• Provide high-level administrative services to the Department of Graduate Medical Education.
• Schedule, monitor databases, track accreditation, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with program directors, attending physicians, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve scheduling conflicts.
