Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in education or program coordination.
• Strong knowledge of graduate medical education and residency program requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident education activities and curricular scheduling across the department.
• Plan and execute large-scale educational events (retreats, graduation, AED series).
• Administer the resident advisor/mentor program and coordinate visiting observer processes.
• Maintain program records, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor data accuracy.
