Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains schedules for residents across all sites and rotations.
• Maintains annual rotation templates and staffing plans.
• Manages changes due to absences and duty hours; communicates to residents and partners.
• Maintains Lakeshore Clinic precepting schedule and coverage.
• Tracks leave and coordinates payroll funding related to rotations.
