Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through consultative sales strategies.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

• Manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up cadence.
• Overcome objections and guide prospects toward a move‑in decision.
• Partner with leadership to execute occupancy and lead-generation strategies.
• Represent the community at networking events and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales activity and maintain records in the lead management system.
• Analyze local competition and identify opportunities to strengthen market position.
