Delaney at Parkway Lakes is seeking a Residency Sales Counselor to guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making journey, blending consultative sales with hospitality. Your ability to connect, build trust, and close opportunities will drive occupancy growth and community success.

This full-time role includes a base salary starting at $70,000 (depending on experience) with an additional commission opportunity, in a relationship-driven environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with residents and families.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through consultative sales strategies.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Conduct engaging community tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of Delaney at Parkway Lakes.
• Manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up cadence.
• Overcome objections and guide prospects confidently toward a move-in decision.
• Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to execute occupancy and lead-generation strategies.
• Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the lead management system.
• Analyze local competition and identify opportunities to strengthen market position.
