Job summary

Grand Living in Texas is seeking a Sales Counselor to enhance resident experience, drive initial and ongoing lease-ups, and maintain occupancy above budgeted targets. You will articulate floor plans, pricing, and community benefits to prospective residents and families with professionalism.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of successful sales, preferably in senior living. Strong communication, CRM and Office skills are essential, as is the ability to build outside referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years of successful sales results is required.
• Senior Living experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with prospects.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office and CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Enhance resident experience and foster positive community relationships.
• Lead initial and ongoing lease-up activities to maintain occupancy.
• Communicate pricing, floor plans, and benefits of living in the community.
• Work under Executive Director guidance and uphold community standards.
