Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience in program or project coordination.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Experience with eValue, New Innovations and ERAS software preferred.
• ACGME site visit planning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the Residency Program schedule and events.
• Coordinates applicant screenings and interview season.
• Manages lectures, workshops, retreats, exams and residency events.
• Maintains program data requirements (ERAS, New Innovations, OpLogs, ACGME).
• Schedules meetings and logistics for residents; supports process improvements.
• Ensures confidentiality and supports residency program tasks under the Director, Admin. Ops.
