Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Psychiatry residency and Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine fellowship. The role ensures compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements, manages ERAS processing, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluations, and serves as a primary liaison among residents, faculty, and GME offices.

Responsibilities

• Support the administrative and operational functions of the residency and fellowship training programs to ensure compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental requirements.
• Process ERAS applications, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and certification tracking.
• Act as a primary liaison among residents, faculty, program leadership, and GME offices; maintain accurate program records.
• Maintain residency management systems, update ADS records, track milestones, and ensure timely evaluations.
• Support financial operations by reconciling budget forecasts, processing educational expenditures, and requesting house staff funding.
• Coordinate student rotations, update educational website content with Marketing, manage program surveys and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME policies for site visits and prepare reports for accreditation.
