Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to residency coordinators and oversees day-to-day operations of residency programs.
• Manages submission of residents' appointments, work agreements, funding allocations, time and attendance using Clin-Web and HRMS.
• Ensures all residency coordinators' licensing processes are properly followed as dictated by UTMB GME and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Ensures coordinators are proficient in the Clin-Web system for their duties.
• Manages monthly Census submissions via FREIDA and ERAS to maintain accreditation and national matching participation.
• Monitors timeliness and accuracy of residency evaluations as per UTMB GME Office timelines.
• Manages monthly Medicare Cost Reimbursement reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adheres to internal controls; performs related duties as required.
