Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Group is looking for a Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education. This full-time position involves overseeing the Internal Medicine Residency Program, ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation, managing operations, recruitment, and relations with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and a minimum of one year in Graduate Medical Education. Benefits include competitive compensation and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME).
• Experience in a Graduate Medical Education may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of ACGME institutional and program requirements for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Develop and implement program-level policies.
• Manage internal and external program relations.
