Job summary

Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc. seeks an experienced program coordinator to join the Residency Leadership Team.

You will work with the Program Director and Associate Directors to manage administrative functions, maintain compliance with ACGME requirements, and oversee software systems for accreditation and recruitment. You will coordinate resident/fellow activities, construct resident handbooks, and oversee evaluation processes while managing annual recruitment and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably Health Administration, education or business.
• 2 years' experience as a residency program coordinator in a Graduate Medical Education facility, including high level of specialized software and program accreditation requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of Graduate Medical Education residency program coordination process.
• Proficient knowledge of ACGME Accreditation requirements.
• The coordinator must possess leadership and personnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Directors and Associate Program Directors for development, planning and governance of residency/fellowship programs.
• Manage residents, fellows, medical students, and rotators for compliance with program requirements.
• Develop and manage program budget; oversee accreditation software systems (ERAS, NRMP, New Innovations).
• Coordinate didactic classes and conferences; proctor In Training Exams.
• Liaise with Finance for Medicare cost reports; ensure rotations align with Medicare costs.
