Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center Kansas City, Missouri seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator to support accredited or non-accredited residency/fellowship training programs, overseeing operational and financial management while serving residents, fellows, faculty, and leadership.

Reporting to the Program Manager/Senior Program Manager/Director, the role requires exceptional organization, judgment, and communication to ensure accreditation compliance and smooth program operations

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field (Health Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Education) required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex information and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program operations, office activities, projects, and administrative priorities.
• Maintain resident and faculty databases, including New Innovations.
• Organize meetings, conferences, lectures, and program-related events; prepare materials and communications.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, graduation, and other departmental events.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and trainee credentialing processes.
• Provide administrative supervision and support to residents, interns, and fellows.
