Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks a Residency Program Coordinator to support the Residency/Fellowship program, assist the Program Director, and ensure credentialing and compliance for residents, PAs, and NPs.

The role manages applications, maintains reports, coordinates interviews, and supports recruitment and fellowship activities while liaising with the Credentialing Office and department leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years of secretarial experience involving customer service.
• Experience in residency program management and/or provider credentialing preferred.
• Experience with ACGME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Residency ACGME accreditation and timely reports/evaluations.
• Process residency applications and coordinate interviews.
• Assist residents with visas and licensure requirements.
• Support recruitment strategies and residency program events.
• Coordinate activities and provide clerical support for program requirements.
