Arnot Health seeks a Residency Coordinator to support program directors and manage residency records, on-call schedules, and onboarding processes for residents. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards and track rotations, evaluations, and leave time across programs.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and may prefer a Bachelor's in administration or management. This 40-hour/week on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits in Elmira, NY.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in administration or management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Has thorough understanding of accreditation standards and updates to advise program director.
• Schedule interviews, organize faculty visits, resident hosts, tours and related activities.
• Process onboarding paperwork (HR and payroll) for incoming residents.
• Maintain trainee files, evaluations, and track rotations, leave time and training dates.
• Enter trainee information into designated systems and coordinate with governing bodies.
