Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Two years of progressive admin or program coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating graduate medical education, nursing education, residency, or academic programs.
• Experience in an academic health center, School of Nursing, or healthcare organization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and budgeting data skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum development and student placements, commitment agreements, and regular program meetings.
• Provide status updates and coordinate complex schedules across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Work with nursing students, faculty, staff, and community partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Develop and oversee new programs and processes within the NURSE-OC initiative.
