Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of department, organization, HR and university policies and processes.
• Knowledge of health professions education industry, administrative analysis and operations research.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a complex, challenging environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to compose budgets and justifications.
