Job summary

This role ensures accreditation compliance, orchestrates logistics, maintains records, and supports recruitment, rotations, and evaluations.

It acts as a liaison among residents, faculty, hospital departments, and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication with students, faculty, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation for complex placement logistics.
• Problem-solving ability to manage compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with program guidelines set by accrediting bodies; assist with site visits and reports.
• Manage resident placement processes including ERAS coordination.
• Develop and implement orientation programs; advise on academic and program issues.
• Assist in budgeting, policy creation, and procedural documentation.
• Maintain program records, files, databases, and web content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate and supervise educational activities, including scheduling, lectures, and evaluations.
• Plan and organize rotations and evaluations; monitor progress and completion of requirements.
• Arrange lectureships and events, including graduation ceremonies.
• Prepare Program Letters of Agreement and coordinate NRMP interviews and ERAS.
• Track updates in the Accreditation Data System.
