Job summary

Dignity Health in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Residency Program Coordinator to support the Sports Medicine Fellowship residency. You will handle onboarding, contract management, and compliance with ACGME requirements, coordinating with program directors and GME resources to enhance resident education and experience.

You will serve as liaison for residents and stakeholders, maintain program files, track milestones, and prepare reports for the GME office.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Program Director and faculty to develop program curriculum and assess core competencies for accreditation.
Serve as program liaison for residents; monitor morale and connect with GME resources.
Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in residency committee activities; develop agendas, take minutes, and implement actions.
Oversee residency program budget and prepare annual program evaluation submissions.
Maintain program policies and files; compile and submit reports to the GME office and accrediting bodies.
Manage training year lifecycle from recruitment to graduation for each trainee.
Assist with scheduling modifications as needed.
Track resident logs, conference attendance, and faculty development.
