Responsibilities

• Coordinate survivorship of the Sports Medicine Fellowship residency program.
• Onboard and provision residents; manage contracts and program requirements.
• Facilitate governance activities and meeting coordination (CCC/PEC).
• Maintain program files and policies; prepare reports for GME and accrediting bodies.
• Monitor resident logs, attendance, and scholarly activity; escalate concerns to leadership.
