Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to ensure AMA/ACGME and board-guideline compliance, and to manage day-to-day operations of the residency and/or fellowship programs. The role includes coordinating interviews, ERAS document processing, and maintaining resident records.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of medical/academic administrative experience; TAGME certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years administrative experience in a medical and/or academic setting.
• TAGME certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the resident/fellow interview process, including scheduling, correspondence, and credential compliance.
• Coordinate with House Staff Affairs and HR on ERAS documents and licensing requirements; follow up on missing credentials.
• Implement and manage New Innovations residency management software, including data reporting and user training; maintain AMA tracking data.
