Responsibilities

• Directs operational, accreditation, educational, and administrative activities for the emergency medicine residency program.
• Serves as the senior departmental administrative resource regarding the emergency medicine residency operations, accreditation, compliance, and program administration.
• Develops operational goals, performance measures, and strategic initiatives supporting program effectiveness and educational excellence.
• Develops and manages educational budgets, staffing plans, resource allocation strategies, and operational improvement initiatives supporting program goals.
• Evaluates operational, educational, accreditation, and financial outcomes and develops recommendations to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serves as the primary administrative liaison between Program Directors, Department Leadership, institutional committees, and Graduate Medical Education leadership and represents the department on institutional
