Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred in healthcare or related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in graduate medical education administration or related field.
  • TAGME certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Directs operational, accreditation, educational, and administrative activities for a large residency and fellowship program.
  • Serves as senior departmental administrative resource on GME operations, accreditation, and program administration.
  • Supervises, mentors, coaches, and manages performance of managers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
  • Develops department operational goals, performance measures, and strategic initiatives for program effectiveness.
  • Oversees trainee lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, licensure, immigration support, compliance, and graduation.
  • Oversees accreditation activities including APE, PEC, CCC, and WebADS reporting.
