Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years administrative experience in a medical/academic setting.
• TAGME certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the resident/fellow interview process, including scheduling dates and ensuring credentials.
• Collaborate with House Staff Affairs and HR for ERAS documents and credential follow-ups.
• Implement modules of New Innovations residency management software and train staff.
