Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in graduate medical education administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs operational, accreditation, educational, and administrative activities for the emergency medicine residency program.
• Serves as the senior departmental administrative resource for residency operations, accreditation, compliance, and program administration.
• Develops operational goals, performance measures, and strategic initiatives.
• Manages educational budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Evaluates outcomes and recommends improvements for program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Liaises between Program Directors, Department Leadership, committees, and Graduate Medical Education leadership.
• Oversees curriculum management, evaluation systems, milestone reporting, and educational outcomes assessment.
