Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a highly organized Coordinator for the Urology Residency Program and Bariatric Surgery Fellowship to support daily operations and long-term success. This role ensures compliance with ACGME requirements while fostering an exceptional educational experience for residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program operations with Residency and Fellowship Directors.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, graduation, and internal review processes to support accreditation.
• Oversee all aspects of resident/fellow recruitment, including scheduling interviews and guideline compliance.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support: correspondence, records, inquiries, calendars, and verification requests.
• Administer New Innovations residency management system, including data, reporting, and user training.
• Develop and manage educational schedules: lectures, rounds, conferences, and events.
• Monitor compliance with departmental, institutional, and ACGME requirements, including duty hours and evaluations.
• Track attendance for required activities and documentation of participation.
• Maintain curriculum materials, competency goals, and training manuals.
• Ensure documentation of resident/procedural experience via ACGME Case Logs and Procedure Logger.
• Prepare program materials for GME reviews and accreditation activities.
• Maintain faculty and curriculum data for MBM reporting.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed to support the programs.
