Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Residency/Fellowship Manager for Internal Medicine. This role leads residency, fellowship, and graduate studies operations, supervising coordinators, and aligning activities with accreditation standards.

You will manage budgets, credentialing, scheduling, and data reporting across WEBADS, ABIM, QGenda, and MedHub, while supporting recruitment and onboarding for residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• CTAGME certification required.
• Four years’ experience in education, healthcare or business administration.
• Four years of GME experience; ERAS, MedHub and Qgenda experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residency, fellowship, and graduate studies coordinators and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee daily operations of sub-specialty and GME programs and ensure compliance.
• Administer the GME budget, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate accreditation data submission and site visit documentation.
