Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Six years of related experience with a HS diploma or GED, or two years with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for multiple educational programs including residency, fellowships, student rotations and internships.
• Designs evaluations for programs and creates reports; represents programs at local and national meetings.
• Creates, reviews and maintains policies and procedures; ensures compliance with accrediting standards and university policies.
• Develops budgets and financial reports; tracks expenditures and manages education contracts.
• Develops short and long-term plans for Educational Programs; tracks progress and benchmarks against plans.
• Maintains all educational program records and prepares complex reports for accreditation bodies.
• Ensures internal controls, safeguarding assets and reliability of financial information.
• Complies with applicable laws and university policies; may supervise staff and supervise training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
