Responsibilities

Develop contracts according to scope for assigned program area.
Provide contracting guidance and support to others in contract management.
Oversee and evaluate performance of contract work according to specifications.
Monitor and review activities and progress; communicate with contractors and respond to questions.
Document contractor performance and progress; resolve conflicts and address citizen concerns.
Coordinate project showings and preconstruction conferences.
Assist in emergency operations contracts and snow removal contract management.
Update and maintain records, reports and systems related to assigned contracts.
