Qualifications

• Experience managing highway maintenance programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Budget and Business Management: Recommend budget needs for fiscal year maintenance program and manage expenditures.
• Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Direct Pavement and Sign Marking Crews: Schedule and direct pavement marking, coordinate with TE groups, ensure assets meet service levels.
• Emergency Operations: Provide guidance for emergency maintenance, snow removal, and hurricane preparedness.
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, IMS management, and procurement records.
• Job Safety: Oversee Area Headquarters safety program and promote safe work practices.
• Program Management: Inspect roads, develop schedules, and prepare cost quantities and reports to support operations.
