Independent Living Association, Inc. is seeking a Residence Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our residence in New York. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, you will ensure quality care and compliance with program plans and assessments.

You will lead staff, conduct IDT meetings, and maintain records, while fostering a supportive, safe environment for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This full-time role emphasizes supervision, training, and community liaison.

• Experience supervising residence staff in a care setting.
• Ability to conduct and document IDT meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee initial and periodic programmatic/clinical assessments.
• Conduct IDT meetings and write meeting minutes.
• Staff supervision and scheduling with the assistant supervisor.
• Train, motivate and coach staff in treatment plan implementation.
• Ensure IDT recommendations are carried out and maintain records.
• Foster good community relations and manage employee relations.
