The role oversees daily residence operations, staffing, and adherence to individualized treatment plans within a comprehensive care program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The supervisor reports to the Area Coordinator, ensures timely records, and collaborates with the residential team to maintain high-quality services and community relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the residence.
• Oversees staffing with the assistant supervisor and ensures adequate coverage.
• Manages performance evaluations and employee relations, including progressive discipline when needed.
• Ensures IDT minutes and ISP progress notes are prepared and maintained.
• Attends training and conferences as directed by Area Coordinator/Residence Director.
