Job summary

Special Citizens Futures Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Residence Manager in Riverdale, NY to supervise residential group homes for adults with Autism.

You will facilitate person-centered planning, develop individual goals, coordinate plan meetings, and ensure timely summaries for reviews while keeping residents’ electronic health records accurate. The manager will train staff, monitor coverage and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• OPWDD regulations knowledge is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or required in human services or related field.
• Minimum of two years progressive experience with OPWDD regulations and policies.
• Ability to lead others, follow written/oral instructions, and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, development and implementation of person-centered plans.
• Develop individuals’ goals and outcomes with people supported.
• Coordinate and participate in individual plan meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of summaries for monthly, semi-annual and annual reviews.
• Update residents’ electronic healthcare records accurately.
• Provide ongoing staff training and support to ensure coverage and regulatory compliance.
