Job summary

QSAC is seeking a Residential Manager for the Queens group home. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that supports independence for residents.

You will coordinate schedules, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with medical, family, and community supports to integrate services. A valid driver’s license and prior OPWDD experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations and staff schedules.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to OPWDD guidelines.
• Supervise DSPs, assistants, and shift supervisors and support behavior plans.
• Coordinate medical and family communications and community activities.
