Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supervisory, residential, human services, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of an IRA and foster a safe, nurturing home.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and support staff development.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitor quality-of-life outcomes, recreational needs, and family communication.
• Oversee finances, personal allowance accounts, and documentation.
• Ensure billing and program reports are completed accurately.
