Autism Delaware seeks an experienced Residential Options Manager to oversee multiple single-placement homes serving adults with autism and related disabilities. You will lead staff, ensure person-centered services, and maintain compliance across residences.

The role requires coordinating operations, budgets, and collaboration with families, guardians, and state agencies, while promoting independence and community inclusion. Travel between sites is required and 24/7 availability may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential staff across multiple homes.
• Ensure person-centered services per individual support plans.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
• Monitor participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and agencies.
• Provide on-call support and incident follow-up.
• Travel between residential locations as required.
