Job summary

Autism Delaware seeks a Residential Options Manager to oversee multiple single-placement homes for adults with autism. Lead and coach residential staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while managing operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership in developmental disability residential services.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel between residential locations and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to residential staff across multiple homes.
• Ensure person-centered services align with individual support plans.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs.
• Monitor participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Conduct home visits, quality reviews, and staff evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
• Provide on-call support and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and state agencies.
