Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Counseling, Business, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in a customer service environment or student engagement, preferably in an academic setting.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of university housing and student life programs.
• Coordinate resident move-in/out, communications, and emergency response protocols.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of Resident Assistants and student staff.
• Plan and collaborate on orientation, events, and wellness programs.
• Maintain confidential student information and ensure safety and compliance.
