Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Residence Life Office and Halls, ensuring 24/7 staffing coverage.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development for Residence Life staff and graduate assistants.
• Coordinate student staff selection processes and learning community initiatives.
• Assist with emergency response and crisis follow-up for residents.
