This role enforces residential policies, manages crisis response, and supports students across campus.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, experience in student services, and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in student services, higher education, or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Crisis management and conduct experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes engagement and belonging among residents and staff.
• Promotes a community living experience through the Residential Curriculum.
• Manages hall operations and crisis response, supports Residence Life mission.
• Provides day-to-day supervision of live-in student staff and assists with training/evaluation.
• Assists with housing applications, housing assignments, and hall councils.
