Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliant service delivery, and coordinate with IT, master data, and regulatory teams to support readiness for NDC-12 and related programs.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in pharma operations, and strong SAP/ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, by transferring complex regulatory, data and system requirements into practical actions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts, controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risks, decisions, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
