Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate resources, drive process improvements, and collaborate with IT, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

Requires a Master’s in a related field with 5+ years in pharma operations or equivalent experience; strong SAP/ERP and serialization knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharma or healthcare customer operations and supply chain experience.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized or specialty supply models.
• Ability to bridge business requirements to IT and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and gov't programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, decisions, and escalation to PMO.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with industry discussions on NDC-12.
