Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced ops professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate resources, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across data, systems, and contracts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory to deliver reliable service and optimal customer outcomes. Remote/hybrid flexibility may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant supply chain/healthcare background.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized, 3PL, or contract‑controlled models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing workflows.
