Job summary

Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead Resettlement services, overseeing Employment, Education and Youth Mentorship programs.

You will coordinate client case management, ensure documentation quality, and monitor PQI activities while fostering community partnerships and reporting requirements. A 4-year degree plus six years of experience, plus a driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field of study with six years of experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ONA Resettlement staff and develop service standards, goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and document case management, education, health and employment services for clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in program records and compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead PQI activities and supervise program communications and staff meetings.
• Monitor grant budgets and ensure appropriate spend down of funds.
• Record volunteer hours and in-kind donations per grant requirements.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders to access services for clients.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and represent the agency professionally.
