Job summary

Church World Service seeks a Resettlement Program Officer to administer and ensure compliance of the resettlement program, including data collection, monitoring and reporting. The role supports program development, training, and technical assistance, collaborating across the Resettlement team and with partners.

Domestic travel may be required; the position is remote with in-person responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree (master preferred) and 5+ years in resettlement or case management are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in local resettlement or national office.
• Experience with case management for newcomers required.
• Strong data collection, monitoring and evaluation knowledge.
• Familiarity with federal grants in resettlement is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to affiliate sites and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program implementation and ensure compliance with supervisor guidance.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting for semi-annual and annual federal requests.
• Provide training and technical assistance to CWS affiliates.
• Monitor casefiles and support program trackers and outcomes analysis.
• Develop resources and tools for resettlement and contribute to policy updates.
• Work with the Resettlement team and external partners to plan activities.
