Job summary

Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA, is seeking an Experienced Housing Resource Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure program integrity, and manage the Homeless Services program within the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required with 4 years of experience.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Previous experience managing state and/or federally funded services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of assigned projects and ensure programs operate within established budgets.
• Provide supervision of staff in daily duties, with service standards, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure quality of case record documentation, both manual and electronic.
• Ensure submission of program reports and coordinate accreditation, site visits, monitoring, and audits.
• Maintain data quality in HMIS and conduct regular client file reviews for compliance.
