Qualifications

• Develop CRP/IEP with clients and identify employment goals.
• Provide pre- and post-employment counseling and job search assistance.
• Conduct job development through employer contacts to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate ELT, vocational training, and STEP referrals with employment activities.
